Een dame van 91 jaar werd opgenomen via de spoedeisende hulp met een decubituswond op haar stuit. Mw. heeft een dwarslaesie en is sindsdien bekend met fecale en urine incontinentie. Uit de anamnese bleek dat mw. twee maanden daarvoor thuis was gevallen.
